Swimming, bathing, showering, washing dishes, traditional jewelry cleaner, or cleaning while wearing silver will cause it to tarnish more quickly. We recommend storing it in the dust bag with the polishing cloth provided. The cloth is infused with a special compound to help keep precious metals bright, and it is not recommended for cleaning gemstones.
